CHOREOGRAPHER, TEACHER AND RESEARCHER He is Venezuelan/Spanish. PhD in Philosophy of Dance (University of Salamanca and Valladolid, Spain, 2018) Cum Laude. Master in Advanced Studies in Philosophy of Art (2013) from the same institution. Master in Cultural Management and Policies (University of Girona, 2005). Postgraduate studies (Aufbaustudium) in Dance and Choreographic Composition at the Folkwang University of Arts, Essen, Germany (1991-1995), directed by Pina Bausch, Susanne Linke and Lutz Förster. She was a member of Mark Tompkins' dance project in Denmark and a member of the Illegal Dreams Society Company in Belgium/Denmark directed by Isnel Da Silveira (95-96). Accredited and evaluated by the Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación ANECA del Ministerio d Universidades in Spain with Resolution : PCD: 2020-1549 for Doctor/Contratado. PUP: 2020-1551 for Public and Private Universities. Since 2014 he is choreographer and guest performer of the Compañía Provisional Danza de Madrid directed by Carmen Werner (Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts, Spain, 2020 and National Dance Award, Spain, 2007). With performances of the works: El Abrazo and Instrucciones para Mejorar la Vida in Matadero Madrid, Surge Madrid Festival, Seville, Zaragoza, Valencia, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Cantabria, Gijón International Dance Festival, Vigo, Cáceres, Donosti San Sebastian and in Mexico City, Colombia, Festival Internacional de las Artes de Uruguay, The Opera Atelier in Miami, USA.
