Abstract

Art and culture play a fundamental role in our society. The art world has joined forces with technology to create a new concept of exhibitions, which are immersive exhibitions. They originated during the Covid 19 pandemic, and they are here to stay, since they offer the possibility of immersing the viewer in a unique experience, thanks to the use of a language closer to that of the younger generations. The organization of this type of exhibition requires the collaboration of museums, with traditional exhibitions, not only to transfer the rights to photographic reproductions of their works but also to build the exhibition discourse itself. Despite the consolidation of this type of exhibitions, this relationship, embedded in the field of public-private collaboration, continues to raise multiple questions of a legal nature, on which it is necessary to reflect.
