Resumen
Climbing has been poorly treated in physical education programs in secondary school because of the reticence and fears related with: the lack of knowledge about the discipline and its didactic treatment, the safety issues involved and the problems in relation to places and material resources. In this paper we have establish a teaching proposal witch its principal aims are related to: environmental education aspects, the specific skills, cooperation and the design of climbing games and activities. To do this we have treated environment as a pedagogy axis. This has led to the proposed global approach through the intradisciplinarity, interdisciplinarity and transversality. This treatment has been requested to consider the characteristics and specific values of outdoor physical activities, the importance of environmental education, the aim of sports education, cooperative learning principles and assumptions of formative and shared assessment.
