Efecto de la Igualdad y Desigualdad Numérica en Juegos Modificados sobre el Rendimiento Táctico en Jóvenes Futbolistas

Resumen
El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el efecto de la igualdad y la desigualdadnumérica sobre el rendimiento táctico de jóvenes futbolistas. 20 jugadoresalevines (edad: 10.55 ± 0.68; experiencia: 4.80 ± 1.47 años) participaron en elestudio. Cada participante jugó 4 juegos modificados, 2 en igualdad numérica y2 en superioridad numérica en ataque, de 8 minutos de duración, distribuidos en2 sesiones de entrenamiento. Se analizaron un total de 1143 acciones (703 depase y 440 de conducción). La toma de decisiones (TD) y la ejecución (Ej)fueron evaluadas a través del instrumento “Game Performance Evaluation Tool(GPET)”. En la acción del pase, no se encuentran diferencias significativas entrelos 2 juegos modificados, en ninguna de las variables estudiadas (TD: p=.254;Ej: p=.053). Por el contrario, en la conducción, los resultados sí muestrandiferencias, siendo los valores significativamente más bajos en el 3 vs. 3 (TD:p=.030; Ej: p=.027). Estos resultados parecen señalar, fundamentalmente en laconducción, la importancia de incrementar gradualmente el número de jugadoresdefensivos con el fin de aumentar la complejidad del juego (ej. 3 vs. 2, 3 vs. 3…)para ir desarrollando en el jugador la capacidad de toma de decisiones yejecución
